Our story began in 1996, when Luca Aniasi and Marco Leonetti founded the professional firm that still carries their vision today. Both Dottori Commercialisti, both committed to rigor and integrity, they laid the foundations for a practice built on clarity, responsibility, and respect for the people behind every number.

Over the years, as their careers evolved, they became members of the Boards of Statutory Auditors of major corporations and banking institutions. These roles deepened their understanding of governance, strengthened their approach to compliance, and shaped the culture of the firm: attentive, principled, and always committed to doing things the right way.

A few years later, Emanuela Di Curzio joined them.

With her expertise and clarity of thought, she helped launch the firm’s HR and Payroll services, planting the seeds of what would become one of our most established and recognized areas of excellence.

Her contribution was essential, and although she is no longer with us, her presence lives on in the work we do every day and in the growth she helped initiate – growth she, sadly, did not have the chance to see unfold.

Today, that same spirit continues to guide our work. What began as a small group of dedicated accountants and payroll managers has, over time, grown into a coherent and harmonious team of professionals.
