HE “CURE ITALY” LEGAL DECREE

Legislative Decree 18/2020, otherwise known as the “Cure Italy” Decree, was published in the Official Gazette No. 70 of 17th March 2020 containing measures aimed at strengthening the national health service and economic support for families, workers and businesses in light of the epidemiological emergency caused by COVID-19, with rulings coming into immediate effect on the day of publication.

THE “CURE ITALY” DECREE – DEFERMENT OF FISCAL CONTRIBUTIONS

The publication in the Official Gazette of Legislative Decree No. 18 of 17th​​ March 2020 brings into force a complex system of fiscal contribution payment deferments, differentiated according to the type of tax, the geographical location of the taxpayer and the amounts involved.
